Tonya came on staff back in 2006, after many years at the Delaware Medicaid office.  Since that time, she has processed hundreds of Medicaid applications for our clients, with amazing results.  Tonya and her husband spend most of their time wrangling their three nephews.  A native Delawarean, Tonya enjoys spending time with her large extended family and trying out new recipes.  Nothing makes her happier than cooking up a Thanksgiving feast while gabbing about old Lifetime movies.
